Three steps, no app to install
- Sign in at connect.kedithsecurity.com with the email address we registered for you. There is no public sign-up.
- See your site in the column for its current stage, with a short note from our team.
- Follow along. Every time the job moves, we update it, and the "last updated" time shows how fresh it is.
Five stages from order to handover
- PO / contract received: your order is confirmed and the clock starts.
- Equipment on order: we source your cameras, panels and parts.
- Delivery in progress: equipment is on its way to your site.
- Installation in progress: our technicians are on site.
- Installation complete: tested, handed over, and you're protected.
Your data, your view
You see only your own sites. Access is by invitation and tied to your registered email, every client is locked to their own records, and only Kedith can change a status.
