Every year Kedith secures the GIMC Jazz Festival, the headline night of Gaborone International Music & Culture Week. We bring the same planning to your event.
Good event security starts before the gates open. We plan entrances, crowd flow, VIP and backstage areas, and emergency routes with the organiser, then deploy event officers billed per officer, per shift, with supervisors on the ground and a response vehicle on standby.

It depends on the crowd, the venue and the risk. Send us the expected attendance and the site layout and we will recommend a team.
How is event security priced?
Per officer, per shift. Supervisors, K9 and a response vehicle can be added.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to four weeks is ideal, and earlier for large festivals or busy dates.
